Making Cloud Native Security RAD

About Us main image

Guided by a team of passionate technical problem-solvers, RAD Security allows our customers to zero in on what matters most: pushing boundaries, building technology and driving INNOVATION so they may focus on growth and success, not security problems.

Our team comprises some of the most renowned cloud security experts who have been helping enterprises secure their environments since Kubernetes' inception.

Cloud native development is the biggest threat facing security teams today, and in 2023 alone, 90% of those running Kubernetes and containers reported an incident. For teams to achieve true resilience against emerging threats, detection and response solutions must evolve their approach beyond signature-based, one-size-fits-all solutions and black box anomaly detection.

Our vision is to take the declarative, 'everything as code' model that has defined the transition to cloud native development, and apply that to security, by capturing fingerprints of what 'good' looks like across the areas attackers are targeting today: cloud native infrastructure, identity and the software supply chain.  This results in your own unique, custom view of what should and shouldn't be happening, resulting in more accurate and contextual detection and response.

Lead with Empathy

Whether it's for our customers, partners, community, or employees, everything we do should start with empathy. We are all a global team with a mission to help others as well as ourselves, and to create a net-positive impact on the things we influence.

Constant Learning

Every day at KSOC offers a new challenge to learn and improve. We strive to sharpen our skills: Not only in technologies, but in collaboration and creativity as well.

Be Transparent with Intentions

Clear intentions yield clear results. We are open with each other and encourage honesty in all the work we take on.

Thrive Through Focus and Autonomy

Good thinking requires space and time. We empower each other to create that space for ourselves and to have the autonomy to solve problems thoroughly for the best outcome.

Be Quick, But Don't Hurry

Our sector is one of constant flux. Experimentation and iteration place extra worth on being nimble and learning from everything we do.

Strong Opinions, Loosely Held

While our opinions come from places of strong intuition and empiricism, we challenge our assumptions and always try to find the optimal (and sometimes less-traveled) path.
